Golden Gods – The Good, The Bad & The Badass

Opening film for Metal Hammer’s ‘Golden Gods’ award ceremony, sponsored by Orange Amps, World of Warplanes and Hobgoblin beer.

Okay this was a lot of fun and, if truth is told, an extremely ambitious piece. We were asked to create a film to open the Metal Hammer Golden Gods which could also function as a cut down promotional to be played on Metal specialised cable channel “Scuzz”.

With our 3D special effects guys designing the most gloriously outlandish CG and working out how the hell we could pull it all off, we built a small aircraft cockpit in the studio and put our producer in a mask. Voila – cinema!
